David Bays (Conrad) is extremely excited to be in Ordinary People at The Access Theatre Project this season. He recently graduated from Wright State University in 2021 with a BFA in Acting and also completed training at the Great Lakes Michael Chekhov Consortium in 2019. While not acting, he is constantly writing and recording music. His most recent music release, available on Spotify and all streaming platforms, is his album, “Aspects of Adjustment”, about his journey returning to normal life after going through chemotherapy treatment for lymphoma for two and a half years. Some favorite roles over the years include Claudius in Hamlet, The Narrator/Mysterious Man in Into the Woods, and Cliff in The Woolgather all at Wright State University, as well as Jesus in Godspell at Chagrin Summer Theatre and Corny Collins in Hairspray at Garfield Heights High School. David would like to thank his parents for always being so supportive, Jamie Koeth for years of guidance and friendship, and Sandy and Cameron for giving him this joyous experience.
